Dietitian for PCOS, Eating Disorders, and Disordered Eating Who Believes

Nutrition Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated to Be

Helpful

Good

Healthy

If you’re looking for the tools and support you need to improve your relationship with food & your body, you’re in the right place.

Your relationship with food is nuanced - our approach should be, too.

I specialize in weight-inclusive, non-diet nutrition care, which means I focus on how you feel in your body (not what size it is) and how we can help rewrite the narrative of your food & body story.

Book a Free Introduction Call

Every story starts with a free introduction call, where you can get a feeling for what it’s like to work together. You’re welcome to bring questions about working with a dietitian, share a little of your story, or just chat to see if we’re a good fit. Reach out here to book!

Initial Appointment

Our first appointment is a bit longer (60 minutes) as we’ll spend time exploring your medical and nutritional history + what you’re hoping to work on together. From there, we’ll begin to form a plan for follow-up care that supports your goals.

Follow-Up Care

In follow-up sessions, we’ll work together to approach nutrition in a way that supports both your physical and mental health. We’ll always start with how you’re feeling and where you are, so your treatment plan is tailored to you every step of the way.
